Woa Horsey...

So I did it. I made the move to Chattanooga Tennessee this week. I guess I was still expecting something magical to happen in my spirit but, alas, it did not. I'm feeling a bit unsure of basically everything. Staying at each of my sisters homes is so nice but it's hard not having a place of my own. My cat made the 20 hour drive with me and did quite well. She seems to be adjusting quite nicely... better than me I think. It's only May and I'm TOTALLY hating this heat. I think i'm understating this. It seems so unnatural that it is this hot and sunny and yet there is no ocean to be at... People actually hide in their houses during the summertime here because of the heat, which again seems so unnatural. It's sunny, which means it's time to be outside right? I feel all lazy and crappy staying inside while it looks so nice out. On top of the heat I have a black car with black leather and black dashboard AND I hate using my air conditioning....and I just realized I'm whining... a lot...
OK! I have enjoyed my time with my sisters so far. We went to the dollar theater on Wed. and on Tuesday the Crowe's and I (along with a new friend, Amanda) went to a Chattanooga Lookout's game. That's the minor league baseball team here. They are the double A affiliate of the LA Dodger's and boy let me tell you... NO ONE CARES! There was like maybe 100 people there AND it was buy one tix get one free night. I was cheering the team on and Liz joined me but other than a group of like 5 guys to our left who spent the whole time heckling the opposing team, it was only us making noise. It was sad... and fun. I'm totally planning on going to more of these games and becoming the crazy fan.
Today I went to the church that the Logan's and the Crowe's go to. I really enjoyed the teaching (find teaching here... )and afterwards I came over to the Crowe's to watch Tangled (hilarious) and get ready for the Red Sox game that is on right now. It's nice to be able to watch a random game here and there.
Tomorrow I am going to do more job searching, I have an interview at 7pm tomorrow but i'm not to sold on this job so far. In fact to be quite honest... I'm not too sold on Chattanooga so far. We shall see...
